Journeyman Construction is a full service construction company. Unlike other contractors, Journeyman is unique in having accurate in-house estimating capabilities in all disciplines. Maintaining a full range of in-house capabilities enables us to perform meaningful value engineering and tightly price the critical portions of the contract without making binding agreements with subcontractors. Our years of experience and state-of-the-art computerized project management system create a cooperative team relationship with the client, architect and the contractor, thereby saving time and money. Journeyman is always very willing to work with clients to provide initial project constructability analyses and cost estimates.

Journeyman adopts a safety team concept wherein the entire construction team is responsible for safety. Journeyman has strong but realistic quality control and safety programs and uses a team approach to identify and resolve safety and quality problems. Journeyman will guarantee that its projects will be completed and performed with the highest quality possible, in the most timely fashion, and within budget. Journeyman will be glad to provide past client references upon request.

Journeyman is experienced in all forms of construction contracts. We are willing to work as a General Contractor, Design/ Builder, or as a Construction Manager depending on the needs of our clients. We are very knowledgeable in government work (where we typically provide a lump sum project cost) as well as private work, where we provide negotiated guaranteed maximum price (GMP). We are also experienced in cost plus fixed-fee (CPFF), and design/build (D/B) forms of contracting. Although the legal relationships may differ under various contract arrangements, we maintain a consistent commitment to work with Professional Architectural firms and clients in the best interests of the client.

Journeyman Construction is a well capitalized company. We are debt free and have very liquid assets in the company. We conduct our business dealings with the highest Integrity and strictest ethical standards to ensure that we continue to earn confidence and trust from our team members, as well as our clients. Journeyman will meet all its payment obligations on its projects in the most timely manner possible. We will be glad to provide our banking references upon request.
